Evaluation Reports
During the time that Blackboard (formerly CourseInfo) has been in use at Duke, the Center for Instructional Technology has performed user surveys at approximately once per year. The surveys have generally shown high faculty and student satisfaction with Blackboard, but have also identified places where functionality or support could be improved to better meet user needs.
